Terms of Service
These terms cover use of this website and any web design or development services booked through it.
Last updated: September 16, 20261. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or engaging Atlas Code Agency ("we", "us", "our") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
2. Services
We provide web design and development services for small businesses, including custom-coded websites and landing pages. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for a project are agreed with each client individually, typically after a request for a quote.
3. Quotes and payment
Quotes are provided based on the information you share with us and are valid for a limited time unless stated otherwise. Payment terms (such as deposits, milestones, or full upfront payment) are agreed before work begins and confirmed in writing.
4. Project timeline and delivery
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but depend on timely feedback, content, and approvals from you. Delays on your end may extend the delivery date.
5. Client responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate project information, and for any text, images, logos, or other content you supply, including making sure you have the rights to use it. We're not liable for content you provide that infringes someone else's rights.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, as agreed at the start of the project. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
7. Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final website files transfers to you, excluding any third-party assets (such as licensed images, fonts, or plugins) which remain subject to their own licenses. We may reference completed projects in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
8. Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver reliable, well-built websites, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as traffic or sales) resulting from a website we build. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant project.
9. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing project by written notice. In that case, you'll be responsible for paying for work completed up to that point.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a signed project contract.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or an ongoing engagement after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
